Still, the reigning champions remain ninth in the standings, and they are three points off the Champions League spots, and a staggering 21 off the top spot.
Both of these sides will be making their return to league action this weekend after competing in the Italian Super Cup, and a victory for either could be significant. However, the slight preference is for Lazio to claim a third straight success against Napoli, which would also be their first home win against their rivals since December 2020.
